The Indonesia Stock Exchange is currently monitoring the movement of shares of PT Damai Sejahtera Abadi Tbk (UFEO), PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI), and PT Sejahtera Bintang Abadi Textile Tbk (SBAT).

"This step was taken due to an unusual market activity (UMA) increase in the stock prices of the three securities companies," said Head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division, Lidia M Panjaitan, in the IDX disclosure on Tuesday (9/2).

The Exchange asks investors to pay attention to listed companies' answers to the Exchange's request for confirmation. The Exchange also asks investors to pay close attention to listed companies' performance and their disclosure of information, review the listed company's corporate action plans if the GMS has not approved the agenda, and consider various possibilities that may arise at a later date before making an investment decision.

The UMA announcement does not necessarily indicate a violation of the laws and regulations in the capital market.

The IDX published the latest information on UFEO on January 29, 2021. PURI submitted its latest disclosure to the IDX on February 5, 2021, and SBAT submitted the newest report to the IDX on February 4, 2021.

Previously, on September 4, 2020, the Exchange had monitored the movement of SBAT shares trading.
