Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has suspended trading shares of PT Intraco Penta Tbk (INTA).

The Head of Corporate Valuation Division 2 Vera Florida said, based on the letter of PT Intraco Penta Tbk (the Company) No. INTA/005/ACCT/21 revision dated June 2, 2021, regarding submitting annual financial reports (corrections) and company letter No. INTA/008/ACCT-LKT/22 dated June 3, 2022, regarding the submission of annual financial statements, the company's audited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2020, and December 31, 2021, obtained a disclaimer opinion.

"Referring to number 1 of Circular No. SE-008/BEJ/08-2004 regarding the suspension of listed companies, the Indonesia Stock Exchange  has decided to temporarily suspend trading of PT Intraco Penta Tbk (INTA) securities in all markets since the second trading session on Friday, June 3 2022 until further announcements ," he said in Jakarta on Monday (6/6).
