Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has issued the first written warning to three listed companies for not submitting their annual financial reports as of June 2022 until the deadline of August 31, 2022.

Those companies are PT Bank Sulutgo (BSLT), PT Ketrosden Triasmitra (KETR), and PT Tamaris Hidro Tbk (TYRO).

In an information disclosure on Tuesday (6/9), IDX Head of Corporate Valuation Division I Adi Pratomo Aryanto issued a warning to the three issuers.

According to him, the three listed companies have not submitted financial reports that have not been reviewed on a limited basis and have not been audited by public accountants.
