The Indonesian Stock Exchange Authority is currently monitoring the price developments and share transaction activities of PT Lionmesh Prima Tbk (LMSH).

"There has been an increase in the price and transaction activity of LMSH shares which is out of the ordinary compared to the previous period (Unusual Market Activity / UMA)," said Head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division, Lidia M Panjaitan, in Jakarta, on Wednesday (19/5).

In connection with the occurrence of this UMA, the IDX expects investors to pay attention to the answers of listed companies to exchange confirmation requests, to pay close attention to the performance and disclosure of information.

In addition, investors should review the company's corporate action plan if the plan has not been approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
