Jakarta - PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT) took 12.975 million shares, representing 66.7% of the shares issued by PT Barito Renewables Energy (BREN).

The deposit is made by combining all shares owned by the company in Star Energy Group Holding Pte Ltd (SEGHPL), as much as 66.7% of all shares issued by SEGHPL.

Green Era Energy Pte Ltd (GE) also took 6.487 million shares or 33.3%. The deposit is made by combining all of GE's shares in SEGHPL, as much as 33.33% of all shares issued by SEGHPL.

Meanwhile, shares transfer transactions are worth US $ 1.248 billion, equivalent to Rp19.463 trillion.

The proposed transaction will be subject to shareholder approval at the GMS scheduled for December 9, 2022.

After the implementation of the shares transfer transaction, BREN's shareholders are around 66.7%, and GE's 33.3%.

With the restructuring through BREN, the company hopes to get wider opportunities to continue to develo
