PT Bank Panin Tbk sold 890,500 shares of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk, executed on March 1-4, 2021.

Following the transaction, Panin Bank's ownership in Bank Panin Dubai Syariah became 26.251 billion shares or 67.63% from the previous 27.142 billion or 69.93%.

"The purpose of the transaction is to increase the portion of public share ownership in PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk," said President Director of Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Brata, in an information disclosure submitted to the IDX on Tuesday (16/3).
