Jakarta - PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA) plans to increase its capital with pre-emptive rights XIV by issuing 9.820 billion new series B shares.

The company's prospectus published on Monday (12/5) states that shareholders who do not exercise their rights will be subject to a decrease in the maximum proportion of ownership by 45.36%.

All funds obtained from rights issue XIV are intended to strengthen the capital structure as a component of core capital (tier-1) and working capital in business development, especially in lending.

The EGMS was held on November 29, 2022, while the OJK effective date was estimated on December 20, 2022, cum rights on the regular market and negotiations on December 28, 2022, cum rights on the cash market on December 30, 2022, ex right on the regular market and negotiations on December 29, 2022, ex right on the cash market on December 30, 2022, Preemptive Rights trading January 3, 2023.
