PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk announced the resignation of its two commissioners and three directors.

They are Commissioner Deddy SA Kodir, Commissioner Chang Su Choi, President Director Rivan A Purwantono, Director Adhi Brahmatya, and Director Jong Hwan Han.

"The resignation request will be decided at the Annual GMS held on Thursday (17/6)," said the Corporate Secretary of Bank KB Bukopin, Meliawati, in the IDX's information disclosure today.

The company's business activities and operations continue to run normally.
