PT Bank Harda Internasional Tbk (BBHI) has transformed by changing its name to PT Allo bank Indonesia Tbk.

"This name change has obtained approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights dated June 2, 2021, a business license from the Banking Supervisory Financial Services Authority," said Allo Bank Director Arief Tendeas in the IDX information disclosure on  Monday (5/7).

Furthermore, the company is in the process of changing the logo after obtaining approval from the Director-General of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in the context of rebranding after the company became part of the bank business group (KUB) under the control of PT Mega Corpora together with PT Bank Mega Tbk and PT Bank Mega Syariah.

The company has also obtained an effective statement from OJK regarding the addition of capital with Pre-emptive Rights dated June 30, 2021.

The company will increase its capital by around Rp7.49 tr
