Jakarta - PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk (BACA) plans to increase its capital by providing rights to 20 million new shares.

In the prospectus published Friday (6/17), BACA will hold an EGMS on July 25, 2022, to approve the rights issue plan.

Meanwhile, the use of the rights issue proceeds is for the company's business expansion.

The company expects the rights issue plan will increase the company's ability to improve and develop business activities and competitiveness in the banking services sector.

Along with the growth of business activities and increased performance, it is expected to impact the company positively.

Shareholders who do not exercise their rights by their portion will experience a decrease in ownership of around 73.86%.
