PT Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk (BBSI) has used almost all of the proceeds from the IPO and rights issue conducted in 2020.

Bank Bisnis pocketed net proceeds of Rp475 billion from these two corporate actions, consisting of Rp187 billion of IPO proceeds and Rp288 billion of rights issue proceeds.

Based on information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (14/7), as of June 30, 2021, Bank Bisnis has used IPO proceeds of Rp154 billion for lending.

In detail, the loans were in the form of working capital loans worth Rp119 billion, investment loans of Rp. 1.5 billion and consumption loans of Rp33.5 billion.

"The remaining funds from the initial public offering of shares amounted to Rp33 billion," said management in a report to the Exchange on Wednesday (14/7).
