PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) obtained a term loan facility from PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance with a total of Rp800 billion.

The loan facilities received consisted of tranch A of Rp554 billion and tranch B of Rp246 billion. This term loan facility has a tenor of 7 years.

The company will use the tranch A loan facility to finance the repurchase or redemption of bonds issued by the company, while tranch B will be used to finance capital expenditure needs.

"This transaction is carried out by taking into account the difference in competitive interest rates for the company, as well as alternative operational funding," said Deputy Director of Bali Tower, Lily Hidayat, in the IDX information disclosure on Tuesday (22/6).
