Jakarta - PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (UNSP) business entity, PT Flora Sawita Chemindo (FSC) sold assets to PT Energi Oleo Persada.

The company sold machinery and equipment located in Deli Medium (North Sumatra) and land and structures in Tanjung Morawa (North Sumatra) for Rp192 billion.

"Management believes that this FSC asset sale transaction will have a positive impact on the company and FSC," said UNSP Corporate Secretary Fitri Barnas in the IDX information disclosure on Friday (8/10).

He explained that FSC could focus on its other factories, located adjacent to factories belonging to other business entities of the company so that they were integrated with the same area.
