PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry in 2024 projects revenues to reach Rp 5 trillion following the initial public offering (IPO) planned to be held in the first quarter of 2022.

"Through the IPO, we are targeting a net profit of Rp607 billion," said ASDP's Director of IT Finance and Risk Management, Djunia Satriawan, in a press release on Friday (23/7).

According to Djunia, the company's asset value is estimated at Rp13.6 trillion and equity at Rp12.4 trillion in 2024.

"As for the investment plan of ASDP and its subsidiaries to reach Rp6.5 trillion, which is projected to be funded mostly by public funds through IPOs and the issuance of other financial instruments," he explained.

Currently, the company continues to strengthen its business development programs, including by accelerating the cashless program in all branches to support the digitization of the ferry business and the Bakauheni Harbor City project.
