As of June, Intiland Development Books Marketing Sales of Rp947 Billion


PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) until mid-June this year recorded marketing sales reaching Rp947 billion, or almost 50% of the target set at Rp2 trillion.

"This figure has not been closed, it is still running until the end of June and we hope this figure can be achieved," said Director of Intiland Development Archied Noto Pradono, Wednesday (23/6).

According to Archied, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company must re-planned several projects.

"The company feels it has to implement the right strategy by relying on inventory sales, sorting out projects that are of interest to consumers so that consumer interest and demand is better," he said.

The company also postpones projects with a reasonably high risk, such as mixed-use and high rise, because current demand is still not strong enough.
