Jakarta - The EGMS of PT Bukit Asam Tbk appointed Arsal Ismail as President Director to replace Suryo Eko Hadianto.

In addition to Arsal Ismail, the EGMS also approved the appointment of Surherman as Director of Human Resources, Rafli Yandra as Director of Business Development, and Devi Paramita as Commissioner.

PTBA President Commissioner Agus Suhartono announced the new management composition of Bukit Asam on Thursday (23/12).

The complete composition of the new PTBA board of directors is:

Managing Director: Arsal Ismail
Director of Finance and Risk Management: Tarida Thamrin
HR Director: Suherman
Director of Operations and Production: Suhedi
Director of Business Development: Rafli Yandra.
Previously, Arsal Ismail was the Director of Business Development of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk.
