PT Anugrah Cakrawala Dunia (ACD) has acquired 594,720 million shares or 69.68% of PT Agro Yasa Lestari Tbk (AYLS) shareholders on February 25, 2021.

The shareholders were Akam with 298,380 million shares or 35%, and Hidayat Winardi about 296,340 million shares or 34.7%.

The share takeover price was Rp25.22 per share. Thus, the total takeover value is estimated at Rp15 billion.

"The purpose of this takeover is to strengthen businesses and expand business networks, as well as strengthen ACD's business position in the trading business," said the President Director of AYLS, Akam, in the IDX information disclosure, on Wednesday (3/3).

After this takeover, ACD is the new controller of the company. Regarding its control over the company, ACD has not signed any agreement with any party.

Before this takeover, the company had no affiliation with ACD.
