Anthoni Salim increased the ownership of the share in PT DCI Indonesia Tbk (DCII) by buying around 192.740 million shares.

"The transaction will be carried out on May 31, 2021, with an exercise price of Rp5,277 per share," Anthoni said in the IDX information disclosure on Thursday (3/6).

Thus, Anthoni's total shareholding in DCII is 11.12%, or equivalent to 265,033 million shares, from the previous 3.03% or 72.293 million shares.

According to him, the purpose of buying the shares is as part of his investment in technology.

Meanwhile, the status of the share ownership is direct.
