The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) approved the dividend payout for the 2020 financial year, amounting to 35% of the current year's net profit, which reached Rp1.15 trillion or equivalent to Rp402.5 billion.

"Antam has a policy of distributing cash dividends to shareholders at least once a year, taking into account their financial health," said Antam's Corporate Secretary, Kunto Hendrapawoko, in a virtual press conference, Wednesday (7/4).

The Annual GMS also approved the dismissal of Aprilandi Hidayat Setia as Director of Commerce and Director of Operation and Production Hartono.

Also, the Annual GMS approved changes to the nomenclature of Antam's board of directors, as follows:

Director of finance becomes Director of Finance and Risk Management. Director of Operation and Production become Director of Operations and Business Transformation. It removes the Director of Commerce and Development post.

"Thus, the composition of Antam's board of directors is Dana Amain as President Director, Anton Herdianto Director of Finance and Risk Management, Luki Setiawan, Director of HR, and Risono Director of Operations and Business Transformation," he said.
