Jakarta - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) through its subsidiary, PT Roda Bangun Selaras (RBS) bought PT Adi Sarana Logistik (ASL) shares for Rp18.40 billion.

Based on information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Thursday (6/23), the purchase value equals 18,400 new shares.

The purpose of this transaction is for working capital for Adi Sarana Logistik and does not have a detrimental impact on the Company's finances.

ASL is an associate entity of the logistics company PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA), where ASSA owns 40% of ASL's shares.

Previously, ASSA made additional capital to ASL amounting to Rp18.40 billion.

Not only GOTO's ASSA and RBS, but another ASL shareholder, Top Haze Limited, also added 9,200 shares.
