Jakarta - PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) is offering interest coupons for its V phase III 2022 sustainable bonds ranging from 3.50 to 6.25%.

Citing the prospectus published on Monday (7/3), the company targets the funds to be obtained from the plan for the sustainable bonds V program of Rp9 trillion and the sustainable sukuk mudharabah program of Rp1 trillion.

The bonds to be issued in Phase III is Rp1.7 trillion with three series, Series A worth Rp620 billion with a coupon of 3.50% with a tenor of 370 days, Series B worth Rp830 billion with a coupon of 5.60% with a tenor of 36 months, and Series C worth Rp250 billion with a coupon of 6.25% and a tenor of 60 months.

The mudharabah sukuk in phase III of 2022 are also offered in three series, namely series A worth Rp154 billion with a ratio of 29.17% and a tenor of 370 days, series B of Rp49 billion with a ratio of 46.67% and a tenor of 36 months, and series C of Rp98 billion with a ratio
