PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk (ADMF) or Adira Finance purchased PT U Finance Indonesia (UFI) consumer financing receivables worth Rp704.04 billion to support Adira Finance's business activities.

Based on information disclosure on Wednesday (21/4), April 16, 2021, Adira Finance purchased 15,038 UFI consumer receivables due to the company's business development. UFI is still an affiliated company with Adira Finance.

"Adira Finance and UFI are affiliated companies, so the transactions are affiliated transactions," said Adira Finance management.

In its structure, UFI is a subsidiary of MUFG Bank with 84.69% ownership. Meanwhile, MUFG Bank is the holding company of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN), the holding company of Adira Finance.
