Jakarta - PT Adhi Karya Tbk has received the government's capital injection as part of the rights issue process in full, amounting to Rp1.97 trillion on October 28, 2022.

"This capital contribution shows the government's support and trust in developing ADHI's business, especially for the construction of National Strategic Projects, including the Solo-Yogyakarta-YIA Kulon Progo Toll Road, the Yogyakarta-Bawen Toll Project, and the Karian-Serpong (East) SPAM," ADHI Corporate Secretary Farid Budiyanto stated on Monday (10/31). 

The ADHI rights issue trading process takes place from October 28 to November 8, 2022.

In addition to the government, it is expected that ADHI's public shareholders who have rights to the rights issue can redeem their rights with a share ratio of 10,000,000: 19,780,000.
