Jakarta - PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) plans to extend the company's share buyback period by three months to December 24, 2021-March 23, 2022.

"This is in connection with the end of the share buyback period on December 26, 2021, and there are still a number of shares that can be bought back by the company provided that the maximum number of shares repurchases is," said Adaro Corporate Secretary Mahardika Putranto in information disclosure on Monday (27/12).

According to Mahardika, the implementation of the share repurchase will not have a negative impact on the company's performance and revenue because the company's current balance and cash flow are sufficient for the funds needed for the share buyback implementation.
