PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) is proposing a dividend payment of Rp32.15 per share.

The proposal is one of the agendas discussed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.

"This amount is equivalent to 75% of ACES 'net profit in 2020," said the Board of Directors of Ace Hardware in information disclosure on Tuesday (18/5).

Throughout 2020, ACES pocketed profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity of up to Rp733.2 billion.

In addition to the proposed dividend payment, the shareholder meeting will decide on changes to the composition of the company's board members. The meeting will discuss the nominations of Hartanto Djasman as commissioner and Mathius Salempang as independent commissioner.

The meeting will also discuss Gregory Sugyono Widjaja, Dewi Triana Saleh, and Suharno Tan as Directors.
