Jakarta - PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) received a syndicated credit facility from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri Tbk amounting to US$100 million.

"The impact of receiving this loan causes changes in the company's financial payment obligations as well as fresh funds that will be used to pay the remaining debt securities belonging to the company which mature in 2022," said ABMM Corporate Secretary Rindra Donovan in the IDX information disclosure on Wednesday (24/11).

In the period ending June 2021, ABMM posted a profit for the period attributable to owners of US$54.97 million from a loss of US$3.42 million, supported by revenue growth of approximately doubling to US$429.60 million.

Total assets were recorded at US$967.46 million with liabilities of US$742.09 million and equity of US$225.37 million.
