IDX Sanctions 32 Companies for Failing Submitting September, December Results


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has imposed sanctions on 32 securities companies that have not submitted their interim financial reports for September 30, 2021, and December 30, 2021.

"They are subject to a  warning letter II and a fine of Rp50 million," said IDX Head of Corporate Valuation Division I Adi Pratomo Aryanto in information disclosure on Tuesday (11/1).

The 32 companies are ABBA, ARTI, BULL, BUVA, COWL, DUCK, ENVY, FORZ, GOLL, GTBO, HOME, KBRI, KPAL, KRAH, MABA, MAMI, MDIA, MTRA, MYRX, NIPS, NUSA, PLAS, RIMO.

Then, SIMA, SKYB, SRILL, SUGI, TDMP, TRAM, TRIL, UNIT, and VIVA.

Meanwhile, the total number of listed companies is 863. Of this number, 692 listed companies that list their shares are required to submit financial reports ending as of September 30, 2021.

Meanwhile, one listed company with a different financial year, which is January, must submit an interim financial report ending on October 31,
