IDX Sanctions 31 Companies for Failing to Submit Sep 30 Financial Reports


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange stated that as many as 31 listed companies as of January 29, 2022, have not reported interim financial reports ending September 30, 2021. Due to the company's negligence, the bourse imposed a written warning III and a Rp150 million fine.

The 31 listed companies are ARTI, BULL, BUVA, COWL, DUCK, ENVY, FORZ, GOLL, GTBO, HOME, Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, KPAL, KRAH, MABA, MAMI, MDIA, MTRA, MYRX, NIPS, NUSA, PLAS, RIMO, SIMA, SKYB, SRIL, SUGI, TDMP, TRAM, TRIL, UNIT, and VIVA.

The Exchange noted that 698 listed companies had submitted interim financial reports that ended on September 30, 2021.

Meanwhile, 21 listed companies that have just completed their IPOs after September 30, 2021, are not required to submit interim financial reports as of September 30, 2021.
