Puradelta Eyes Marketing Sales of Rp2 Trillion 2021

The developer of the modern integrated urban area of Kota Deltamas, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), targets pre-sales or marketing sales of Rp2 trillion this year with support from sales of industrial land.

"We see that the potential for industrial land sales will remain good in 2021, in line with the high demand for industrial land even though the pandemic period is not over. Therefore, the marketing sales target of Rp2 trillion is realistic to achieve," said the Director of DMAS, Tondy Suwanto, in a press release, on Wednesday (17/2).

According to him, the immense market potential, infrastructure development, and the increasing ease of investment have become Indonesia's attractions for foreign investors to invest in Indonesia.

"Of course, this is a positive thing for industrial estate developers in general, including the company. "At the beginning of 2021, there is still a high demand for industrial land, especially from the automotive sector and data centers," he added.

In 2020, the company had attracted various world-class industrial customers, including from the food industry, warehousing, automotive to data centers, and become the market share leader for industrial estate development businesses.

"We hope that with this positive trend, we can maintain our excellence as the leading and trusted developer and manager of industrial estates in Indonesia," he continued.

The company will continue developing in the Kota Deltamas area to become a center of activity and a one-stop-living city in Jakarta's eastern region by its vision and mission.
